The Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how we collect and use information so you can make an informed decision about using the Services.

- Providing a bespoke experience at the Site and App with the available MHPL tools and materials
- Understanding the Site’s and App’s user population, identifying areas of interest and determining whether the Site or App is compatible with the technology used by a majority of our visitors

If at any time, you prefer not to receive further communications from us in any or all forms you will have the ability to unsubscribe from such communications by means of a link provided in every e-mail that is sent by us to you. When subscribing to MHPL e-mail newsletters, you are given the option to select which promotions, news and other information you would like to receive at the time of sign up. You will have the option to unsubscribe from these communications.

We have in place appropriate technological and operational security processes designed to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Also, in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of use of the Site or App or a violation of any restrictions on use of materials provided in or through the Site or App, we may disclose personal user information to our affected business partners or legal authorities.
TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
Information about our customers, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which Personal Information could be transferred to third parties as one of MHPL’s business assets.
